Never assume the person who is purchasing Curly hair knows how to properly care for that hair. Every situation and customer are unique in their own way therefor you need to also explain not to over process with heat , color , or bleach. Lastly, always remember to come up with your own guidelines/ rules to abide by when distributing hair as all sales are final and you cannot contact HAU to help dispute or resolve any issues once you have purchased.
